Give each account a defined purpose

Make community rules part of the brief

Before writing a post, read the community rules and several recent discussions. Record whether promotional links are permitted, which post format fits, and whether moderator approval is needed. A relevant answer to a real question is more useful than dropping the same sales message into unrelated communities.

Keep a publishing record with the account, community, draft, reviewer, and final post URL. Once a post is live, assign someone to answer replies. The work is not finished just because the content was submitted.

Investigate problems before changing the setup
