Cloud phone or browser profile: choose by the task.

Match each account to the environment its operators actually need, then choose the proxy for the platform.

Your tools should follow the work. Start with a list of tasks rather than a target number of profiles. A team that drafts long replies, reviews ads, and publishes native-app content may need more than one environment, but each environment should have a clear purpose.

Write a task-based comparison

Choose three real jobs from your team: for example, responding to a Reddit support question, reviewing a Facebook campaign, and publishing a TikTok draft. For each job, record the required app or browser, files, approval steps, and person who will complete it.

GeeLark distinguishes cloud phones, which provide a remote Android environment, from browsers that organize web sessions. That distinction is useful for choosing a category of tool; neither category is automatically the right answer for every account.

Use the browser where web work fits

We recommend AdsPower for organizing browser profiles. Give each client a clearly named profile and test its configured connection before handing it to an operator. Include bookmarks to the correct workspaces in the handover so the next person can find the intended account.

For Facebook Ad Accounts, pair that browser workflow with static residential IPs. For TikTok and Reddit, our proxy recommendation is 4G mobile data, even when the operator uses a browser. The platform determines our starting proxy recommendation; the task determines the working environment.

Evaluate a cloud phone for native-app work

A cloud phone is worth evaluating when the task depends on a mobile app. Test uploads, account recovery, operator access, and the way the phone resumes after it is stopped. Include the time needed for approvals and handovers in the trial, rather than timing only the final publish action.

Ask who is billed for device capacity and who is billed for network traffic. These may be different services. A proxy plan is not a cloud-phone subscription, and a cloud-phone subscription does not automatically include the BadAssProxy connection you selected.

Keep the smallest setup that works

A useful pilot ends with a decision record: the tested task, result, operator feedback, expected usage, and reasons for choosing the environment. Remove tools that duplicate the same job without improving the handover.

Review the decision when your team changes its publishing process. More accounts do not automatically require a different tool, but a new native-app requirement or a new access model might.

OUR RECOMMENDATION

Put the connection in place.

Use static residential IPs for Facebook ads and 4G mobile data for TikTok and Reddit. Choose the browser or cloud phone around the actual task.
