1. Choose your connection
Start with the platform guide. We recommend static residential IPv4 for Facebook ads and 4G mobile data for TikTok and Reddit. Choose a compatible country and decide whether you need a fixed term or a GB allowance.
2. Review and purchase
Create your account, configure the plan and request a quote. Review quantity, term and total, then add funds using the available payment method. A completed deposit funds your balance; you still need to confirm the proxy purchase.
3. Configure and test
After provisioning, open My proxies and copy the connection settings into your application. Test protocol, authentication and exit location. Save the working setup and keep your proxy credentials private.
4. Manage the lifecycle
Watch the expiry date or traffic allowance. Renew or top up supported products explicitly from your account. Automatic renewal is off, and cancelling renewal does not mean an immediate refund of an already delivered order.
