Your account and use
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only payment methods and accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for the applications and destinations you access. Follow the Appropriate Use Policy and applicable platform rules.
Orders and payment
Prices are in USD and the confirmed quote defines the product, quantity or traffic and available term. Deposits add account balance; proxy orders spend that balance. Purchases, renewals and top-ups are explicit actions. Availability can change, and a pending payment or order is not confirmation that delivery has completed.
Service boundaries
BadAssProxy supplies network connections, not platform approval, guaranteed anonymity, account immunity or a right to access third-party systems. Protocol, targeting, speed and concurrency depend on the chosen plan. External browser and cloud-phone providers are separate services.
Problems and restrictions
Contact support about delivery, connection or billing issues. We may restrict access to investigate fraud, unauthorized use or material abuse. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy, and any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Custom commercial commitments must be agreed in writing.
Affiliate participation
The referral program pays 10% of eligible net fulfilled purchases under its published terms. Self-referrals, controlled accounts and abusive attribution are ineligible. Holds, payout review and refund reversals apply; see the affiliate page for the complete operating rules.
