Account and service information
We process the name and email you provide, securely hashed account passwords, session records, order and deposit references, proxy ownership and support messages. Payment providers handle payment details; we do not ask you to email full card information. Infrastructure, proxy suppliers and payment providers receive the information required to deliver their part of the service.
Cookies and fraud checks
First-party cookies support sign-in, device recognition and referral attribution. Affiliate abuse checks use keyed hashes of device, coarse browser and network signals, canonical email matches and provider-verified card fingerprints when available. Shared signals can hold a referral for manual review. The affiliate feature does not use canvas or audio fingerprinting or third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and access
Affiliate device, browser and network hashes expire after 180 days on the next observation. Financial records and fraud-review evidence are retained as needed for reconciliation and applicable obligations. Package-onboarding details and artwork use a 90-day operational retention window; backups can retain earlier copies until rotation. Access is limited to service delivery and authorized administration.
Your requests
Contact support@badassproxy.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to question a referral hold. We may verify account ownership and retain records required for payments, security or legal obligations. Provider services have their own privacy notices. This page is updated when our data practices materially change.
