How your commission works
- Share your personal link. New customers must register within 30 days of their first referral click. The first valid referral is retained; existing customers cannot be reassigned.
- Earn 10% after discounts on fulfilled purchases paid with settled customer funds. Adding funds alone does not earn commission. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or unfulfilled purchases do not qualify.
- Commission has a 30-day holding period after fulfillment. Request a payout when at least $25 is cleared. Every payout requires identity, ownership, and payment review; support arranges the payout method with you.
- No self-referrals, alternate accounts for your own purchases, shared payment methods, referral rings, or fabricated customers. Confirmed self-referrals are blocked. Suspicious connections are held for review.
- Refunds, disputes, or abuse can reverse commission, including after a payout. Any resulting overpayment is offset against future earnings and may require repayment. We can suspend accounts for abuse.
- Disclose that you earn commission when sharing your link. Do not spam, impersonate BadAssProxy, or promise that proxies prevent all bans.
Terms version: September 17, 2026. “For life” refers to the referred customer relationship, subject to these eligibility rules and an affiliate account in good standing.
Device checks and privacy
To detect self-referrals, we use a signed first-party device cookie, a coarse browser fingerprint (browser, language, screen, time zone, touch support, and processor count), network IP matches, account email matches, and payment-card fingerprints supplied by Stripe. We do not collect card numbers or use third-party tracking scripts for these checks.
Device, browser, and IP signals are stored as keyed hashes and removed after 180 days without observation during the next security check. Email and payment hashes, referral records, commission history, and audit records are retained for account and payment reconciliation. The referral cookie lasts 30 days and the device cookie lasts 180 days.
Shared networks or similar devices can trigger a review. Contact support if you believe your commission was held incorrectly or have questions about your data. A referral hold does not prevent you from buying proxies.
